This policy explains how information is handled when you visit Analyste at analyste.co or contact us through the website. The website is operated by Analyste for Consulting and Training. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@analyste.co. This policy alone does not cover client documents processed under a separate consulting or training engagement; arrangements for those services will be explained separately where needed.
Information you provide and how it reaches us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message as required fields; company name and phone number are optional. It also includes your service interest and preferred contact method. Subsequent correspondence may contain other information you choose to share.
Selecting email prepares a message containing the form details and opens your email application to send it to info@analyste.co. Selecting WhatsApp opens a link to our number, +20 100 042 4081, with the form details included in the link to prefill a message. Those details are therefore transmitted to the WhatsApp service when the link opens, even before you send the message in the application. You can review the message before sending it to us. The current form does not use a separate website inquiry database.
Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive financial or health information in the form. If an engagement requires confidential documents, contact us first to agree how to share them.
How information is used
We use contact details and message content to understand and respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services and follow up on related correspondence. The visit and interaction data described below help us understand website use and improve its content and performance. Information may also be processed as needed to address technical issues, misuse or applicable legal requirements.
Visit data and external services
When you visit, the hosting provider receives technical data needed to serve the pages, such as your IP address and request and browser information. Some website components connect to external services:
- Google Fonts supplies fonts through a connection from your browser to Google servers.
- An embedded Google Map may connect to Google when it loads, allowing Google to process technical information about the visit.
- Vercel Web Analytics code measures visits and interactions when the service is enabled in the deployment environment.
Vercel analytics may include pages, referrers, approximate location, browser and device type. The website code also includes events for viewing sections and choosing email or WhatsApp contact, with the selected service and preferred contact method. These programmed events do not include your name, email, phone number or message text. Vercel describes its Web Analytics service as operating without third-party cookies; this does not mean that every embedded service on the website is cookie-free.
Cookies and your choices
External services, including the embedded map, may use cookies or similar technologies according to your settings and their policies. You can manage cookies through your browser and Google and WhatsApp options through their settings. Blocking them may affect some functions. Simply visiting this website is not blanket consent to processing that requires separate consent.
Recipients and international processing
Relevant recipients include providers of hosting, communications, analytics and embedded services, to the extent involved in their functions. When you use email or WhatsApp, the service provider processes information under its terms and privacy policy. Information may be processed outside your country of residence depending on where these providers operate. External websites reached through links have their own policies. The company may also disclose information where required by an applicable legal obligation.
Retention and security
The need to retain correspondence depends on the inquiry’s purpose, the ongoing professional relationship and relevant legal or accounting requirements. Information should not be retained longer than needed for these purposes. Service providers’ retention periods vary according to their services, settings and policies. Contact us to ask about retention of your information or request deletion.
No electronic transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of information relating to you.
Privacy requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask about its use. Additional rights, such as objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent, may apply depending on applicable law and the basis for processing. Requests are reviewed in light of relevant legal requirements and exceptions. We may need appropriate information to verify the requester’s identity. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial request.
Social links and policy updates
The website may link to our social pages. It currently does not provide LinkedIn login or connect your account through LinkedIn APIs. If a new feature changes how information is processed, we will update this policy and relevant notices before it is used. The effective date will appear at the top of the published version.
